Tapestry
DIY federated context graph. A composable knowledge fabric that weaves enterprise context across systems, tenants, and time.
Tapestry is the context layer. A federated graph that ties entities, events, and relationships across ZebraDB, ZFlow, and every external system a customer runs — Salesforce, Slack, Drive, ClickUp, Fireflies, Pylon. Lightweight connectors called Fiddlers ingest, normalize, and repair data continuously. Foundation models need grounded context; Tapestry is the substrate that grounds CENTARI.
Current scale
Facts ingested across sources.
Call transcripts, Slack threads, docs, tickets.
Deduplicated across systems and time.

Connectors, not ETL
One Fiddler per source
Each Fiddler knows one external system — its auth, its rate limits, its data shape. Small, replaceable, owned like any other module.
Continuous, not batch
Fiddlers run as ZFlow workflows. Every change in the source propagates through the graph within the system's freshness SLA.
Self-healing
When a Fiddler notices a broken link or stale reference it emits a repair event. Other Fiddlers can subscribe and reconcile without a human in the loop.
Typed into the graph
Every Fiddler maps its source-specific fields into the canonical Tapestry ontology. Downstream readers query the graph, never the raw source.
Bronze → Silver → Gold
- 01
Bronze
Raw, source-shaped. Every Fiddler dumps what it reads verbatim. Preserves audit lineage.
- 02
Silver
Normalized and resolved. Cross-system identifiers collapsed, timestamps unified, schemas aligned with the canonical ontology.
- 03
Gold
Curated per subject. Customer gold cards, watchlists, dashboards — the read surface that humans and agents both query.
In the stack
Tapestry is the grounded-context source CENTARI reads from at inference time.
Every Fiddler runs as a durable ZFlow workflow so ingest is crash-safe.
Bronze tier lands in Z-Tables; the graph store sits alongside.
Agent tools fetch context from Tapestry before producing actions or answers.
